POETRY MONDAY-Day 1 of the month that would be purple
Welcome to day one of my February celebration. If you missed the contest I and a few of my fellow EC authors are having this month-look down at my previous post-the prizes are pretty cool if I do say so myself.
This week Red Garnier, an amazingly talented erotic romance author-releases a novella for the Jewels series called Amatista. Luckily, I got to read this book. It was so good-I had to sing about it...and so do you. LOL
This review for Amatista is done in lyric form to the tune of Phantom of the Opera. Everybody sing...and then everybody go buy the book on Wednesday.
Liana sto-len from
The Earth she knew
Years spent in solitude, what could she do?
She dreamt of going home
Each day and niiight
The puuuuuulll of Amatista
Was too strong for her to fight.
Chained to the human’s wall
The Foher burned.
His trust and pride stripped bare
Hard lessons learned
He knew the only way
To save his kiiind
The puuuuull of Amatista
and the truth he sought to find
Her curiosity
His aching need
On a collision course
And once he’s freed
Her life will change again
Her spirit soooar
The puuuuuull of Amatista
Brought love’s magic to her door
Red Garnier wrote this tale
This carnal tome
A fiery love affair
A search for home
I loved it from page one
It was sheer bliss
The puuuuuuuull of Amatista
Is one you should not resist.
